Ways to get your laundry done

• Drop-off: bring your laundry to the shop and collect it when it's ready.
• Pickup & delivery: book online and a rider collects and returns your laundry.
• Drop-off with delivery: drop it off yourself and have it delivered back.

How an order moves

Every order goes through clear steps: scheduled, picked up, washing, drying, folding, ready, and — for delivery orders — out for delivery, then completed. You can follow your order online and we text you at the key steps.

Laundry care tips

• Empty pockets before drop-off — coins, tissue and pens can damage clothes and machines.
• Separate whites and darks, and tell us about anything that may bleed colour. Ask for Colorsafe if unsure.
• Turn printed shirts and jeans inside out to keep prints and colour longer.
• Let us know about delicate items so they can be handled separately.
